Is Kickresume worth it for cover letters?
Kickresume's strength is the page, not the prose. Its 40 cover letter templates each match a resume template, and the AI writer, which Kickresume says runs on GPT-4.1, drafts from a job title, the job ad and one of your resumes. Why we picked it.
- Each of its 40 cover letter templates on Premium matches a resume template, so the pair looks like one application.
- The AI writer can draft from the job ad and one of your saved resumes, not only a job title.
- The first AI letter is free, and the yearly plan works out to $8 a month.
